Totally awesome and helpful to this new mom! I truly didn’t know what to expect, but not only is my coach incredible, but the whole platform is really great! I have struggled with Postpartum Anxiety and I honestly feel that the work with my coach has helped me so much. I love the assignments my coach gives me to work on during the week as an extension of our sessions. They really help me to get the most out of the time we have together. I have really had an awesome experience with Prospera!
