Prospera is a super great, affordable option for therapy for postpartum moms. It’s cognitive behavioral therapy, not “talk therapy” which I personally enjoy because I feel like I’m actually doing things and creating habits to feel better - rather than talking in a spiral about what’s wrong. My coach is educated and validating and has been really helpful so far. After only 3 sessions I already feel much better than I did before I started.
