After being with my coach at Prospera for over a year, I can confidently say that this company changed my life in such a positive direction during the most challenging period of life. Motherhood is absolutely not what I visioned and my mental health struggled because of it. My coach helps me feel heard, sets goals with me and helps me establish healthy boundaries.
