Prospera has been a godsend to me in a time of needing mental health support that is right at my fingertips, all within my phone at a price that makes sense. I love the check-ins and reminders via text. The “homework” and guidance from my coach toward somatic tools to help ease the burden of life and motherhood have been exactly what I’ve needed to explore. Very grateful for this platform.
