I love Prospera. As a mom, it's difficult to prioritize mental health with the needs of my family. Prospera makes it easy to jump into my assigned activity whenever I have a minute and keeps activities short and sweet. I have seen progress with my perspective and thoughts just from a couple weeks because it's been easier to be consistent and held accountable.
