My coach at Prospera has been so incredibly helpful when I really started to see how motherhood and having 2 under 2 was effecting me and I was starting to not seem myself anymore. The coaching style of this therapy is so helpful for someone who may want to change it up from traditional therapy. Even with the helpful homework, action items, and educational articles that help teach about where your emotions may be coming from and how they are 100% NORMAL!!! she still holds space for me to process and helps me dive deeper into my thoughts and what they stem from. I know this is just a review on a website but I’ve already raved about Prospera to all of my mom friends.
