I had postpartum anxiety with my first baby and had seen a therapist, but all we did was chat and I never felt like I have any goals to work towards to help my anxiety. When I found Prospera after having my second, I knew it would be super helpful because in addition to the talk therapy, I would be given concrete tasks or goals to work towards to help my anxiety. After two months of working with Prospera, I’m feeling great and have learned entirely new ways to deal with my anxiety, PPD, intrusive thoughts, and all of the other crazy things that moms can experience. I highly recommend this program for anyone who at all thinks they might benefit from some help through the at times extremely difficult postpartum process.
