I am so grateful for the tools this approach gave me as I navigate life with a toddler and am learning to manage newly diagnosed PPD. Prospera provides real, tangible support and tools to help you work through your thoughts and emotions and truly helped me feel like myself again. My coach Darlene was always extremely open to letting me talk through my difficult moments without passing judgement or telling me I did something "wrong." She asked poignant questions that allowed me to reflect on my behavior in a way that encouraged growth without shame. I cannot recommend thus program enough, and have told everyone I possibly can about it, including the midwives at my birth center!
