I signed up for Prospera right before I had my second child and it has completely changed postpartum for me. I feel equipped to handle the roller coaster of emotions that come in that season. In every session I feel so supported, and not alone. I always leaving feeling like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I would highly recommend this for all moms!
