Prospera has been a Godsend to me in my postpartum journey. I have experienced relief and validation in the care of my coach, Brenda Di Bari. She creates a safe and judgement-free space, wherein I feel comfortable sharing my innermost thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I am hopeful and empowered by the skills imparted to me during our sessions, which enable me to cope with day-to-day life as an individual, wife, mother and worker.
