Prospera could not have been more of a godsend! This platform has been so user-friendly and the postpartum support has been amazing. I am so thankful for this type of support outside of my usual insurance. My coach has been absolutely the best, with understanding my 13 year long journey to become pregnant and my traumatic birth story, to inevitably getting diagnosed with postpartum anxiety and depression. Every week, I learned something new with her and about myself in the process. I will forever be grateful for this resource.
