I signed up for Prospera out of desperation. I was constantly riddled with anxiety about losing my two babies or them being hurt in any way that I could barely sleep at night or breath during the day. I’ve had therapy before as a child that I didn’t feel helped so I was skeptical but boy was I pleasantly surprised. I worked with Victoria. She is so talented and I’m so grateful to her. Doing to “homework” each week and talking with her during our sessions taught me so much. I did end up starting medication but I 100% believe that more than half of why I feel so much more grounded and at ease in my wonderful life as a mother is due to the work that I did with Prospera. I will use these tools forever in all aspects of my life. Thank you.
