Horrible customer experience.
After one month complaining they refuse to repair my phone!
I have been a client for over 2 years, paying £13,49 a month. I also paid the excess fee of £90 to repair my phone. They received my phone, ran diagnostics, said it has no issues and sent it back to me. Done this three times after complaining each time, as my phone keeps turning by itself and I have to charge it 4 times a day. They refuse to even give me the money back from the excess fee. Ridiculous!
