This was a while back now -
I got gadget insurance on my phone and daughters iPad
Gave em all the serial numbers etc
Paying for 9/10 months when my daughter broke her iPad
Called them and they said the iPad was to old , it was over two years old so 3 years old
Baffled because you was happy taking the payments for months
They said must of been a mix up and paid me back only what I paid for the iPad
Cancelled the policy
