I have been a customer with Protect My Property throughout various take overs (TOTl of 25 years with British Gas and others in the interim) and Lee Rose the engineer who visited today for a routine annual service was very efficient and went above the call of duty to also fix a new alarm box to the dorma tiles on the external first floor despite no advance notice on my part and a busy schedule - Protect My Property is lucky to have him. Lee Rose has an excellent and genuine customer service ethos - so please do make sure you value it.
