“This company excellent, didn't charge customers extra for replacing 12v battery in the system or for replacing flashing unit it was all included in the monthly maintenance charge. They never asked for extra charges, I was with them since British Gas first installed the alarm system. ADT took over on 7th February 2024, and started asking for extra money (£250) for bringing cherry picker to my house as their engineers are not allowed to climb up the ladders. I terminated my contract with ADT but only after long hassle. I have now appointed a new company to take over the alarm system, everything is extra with vat on top.
So I wish the PMP could come back again.”
