I also rated 1 star as there wasn't a zero option.
Extremely bad customer service. On a number of occasions have tried to phone but then sent around the houses to get to a competent member of staff who could deal with my enquiry.
Failing on several occasions to resolve the issue over the phone, I decided to try and get them to communicate with me via email which is also failing miserably. Avoid this company - I agree with the other person who said their attitude seems to be "We have the upper hand".
