Once i had been contacted after a long period of time waiting to be contacted by one of your agents after my initial application the service was fantastic. Ed who is my agent was fantastic and explained everything clearly and answered any doubts i had. Informed very cleary of all terms and conditions of the loan and was extremely friendly
