Think the process is shocking. The questions you get asked is unbelievable and to have it recorded every single time they come to your house. The woman who came is very nice but think the company is terrible. I have a full time job and also work part time and got offered £150 I have no kids and live with my grandmother and there is people in my area along with my Mother who got more and are on benefits ? Once it is payed off I will never use again.
