I really am deeply dissatisfied with Provident's service. They are loan **discriminatory comments removed by Feefo** who love to persecute and harass their customers. I was not given the original amount that I requested, the operator from the call centre to whom I had to repeat all the information I had already given to Provident's agent was nasty and unhelpful. I have a medical condition and found the whole experience stressful, so much so I was in bed ill the next day. I will never take out another loan from Provident and won't be recommending them either.
