The representative arrived at the agreed time, and was extremely polite. We went through all the procedure over a cup of coffee. She went through all the money I took in and my expenditure.The most important thing off all was she did not judge me in any way whatsoever. I got the the full amount I asked for, and the day that suited me for her to collect the repayments was made. All in all 10/10
