When I applied for a loan what I ended up with was completely different. This was decided before my application was given to the agents. Without going into too much personal detail, the agent arrived with 10% of what I actually asked for. The agent stated (as did their manager) that that's all I apparently requested. When looking back through the emails at no stage did it say I was being offered a lower amount then requested until I found an email attachment which had a much lower amount on. That said, the agent was fantastic, lovely and very helpful but I can't give more than three stars because I ended up with considerably less than I requested and I wasn't clearly informed about this until the agent arrived.
