The advisor who came to my house was lovely and friendly. I asked for a 1000 but received 400 that wasn’t the fault of the advisor and probably my credit rating but was relieved to find assistance when everyone else said No and needed extra cash for Christmas repayments are easy to do over the phone and this one week I wasn’t paid by my employer they were very understanding and I borrowed the money from family member and they collected next day with no added charges
