I thought the service provided by my Provident rep Lynsay was and continues to be outstanding. Every aspect of your loan is covered and fully explained so there are no surprises. The staff are friendly and are willing to go out of their way to accommodate you (collection dates and times). I really don't think there are any negatives in my experience.
