I had a very polite understanding rep come & tell me the new way in which they do paperwork, also told me they record the meeting for training, they tell you how much you can borrow the fact that you can now pay online is great as i have a very busy life now, im really pleased they take your outgoings & consider how much of a loan would be sensible for you to repay automated by computer, they also text & remind you when your next payment is due.
