The lady who comes to see me is great with what she does. She is very professional and takes the time to understand what you're saying to her. She does like a good laugh and is understanding if plans have to change for any reason. I would recommend Provident to anyone who needs a short term loan (in this category) but can't, for whatever reason, get a loan with a bank. Provident are an excellent choice in a very difficult world.
