I was very impressed at the level of urgency that I was responded to, I received a call from an assistant the next day after putting in my application. I am grateful to Provident as it is like the SOS and I now know that in cases of financial emergencies, Provident is the sos as they are reliable and the worker who called on me is a very friendly person who made feel at ease when she doing the application.
