The Agents manner was business-like yet sociable and friendly. He offered his knowledge and the benefit of his experience. He put me at my ease and I soon felt comfortable. The Process was conducted quickly and efficiently. At no time were I made to feel awkward or ill-at-ease. I was satisfied that things went better than I at first thought prior to his arrival.
He also made a promissory note to himself to get in touch with a other Collection Agent in the event he were not the one collecting monies being repaid. This was to say that the Due Repayment Date was to be a Wednesdays at 9.am ish as opposed to Tuesdays.
Unfortunate as this is...this email arrived at a Command Prompt. Bang-on-time and eerily in its arrival. Why?. The "other" Agent just rang. He wanted to know if I were in...after all it was Tuesday!!. Payment due date I thought. Crikey. I then had to go into explanations as to how and why the Wednesday arrangement had been made. I hope all went well...I suppose the original Agent absently forgot. It was after all another busy workday.
Anyway...see you tomorrow...all bright and breezy. Thankyou Provident. You helped no end...
