I placed an order with Prym Health on May 3rd and I was told by one of their representatives that the item was out of stock and I would receive the item by the end of the month (approx.) and a partial refund. Almost two months later, I haven't received neither the product nor a refund. The one email I sent a few days ago has been ignored. Avoid like the plague.
