“I called three times to try to find my lost order then I called at least three more times because they said they would mail out another order but never did. I then gave up and asked for a refund. I called FIVE more times asking for a refund to which they said each time, “a supervisor will contact you about your refund”. It’s now been about two months and supervisors have never contacted me. Don’t know how they are still in business with such horrible customer service.”

“I placed my first order at the beginning of March 2025. I ended up sending an email because there was no tracking provided for my order, however I received a response within 1 day and this was sorted. I liked the gummies so I placed another order around 2 weeks ago (April 2025). I have still not received my order after 2 weeks and have emailed twice to ask about this with no response. I will be submitting a report to my bank.”
