I called three times to try to find my lost order then I called at least three more times because they said they would mail out another order but never did. I then gave up and asked for a refund. I called FIVE more times asking for a refund to which they said each time, “a supervisor will contact you about your refund”. It’s now been about two months and supervisors have never contacted me. Don’t know how they are still in business with such horrible customer service.
