Please use any other company than this one to get your PT certification. I have never experienced customer service like it. If you call customer service for anything, they are uninterested and unhelpful, can never find your profile on their system, and they laugh with their colleagues in the background. You can tell that they get phone calls all the time with people complaining and are immune to it. I gave up getting certified with them because I would rather pay and never deal with calling them again. I kept paying the the direct debit for the remaining 1.5 years and of course the month after my direct debit finished I got an email saying I am in arrears. I called to get this sorted and again, they have no information their side and can't even find me on the system, after being on the phone for 40 minutes. I never write reviews, but this company is so awful and has taken up so much of my time for nothing, and after me paying for my Level 2 & 3. There are so many other good PT certification companies out there, if one person doesn't use PT Academy from reading this, I would have saved them a huge headache.
