Extremely disappointed with the customer service from this company. I tried multiple times to get in touch — calls were ignored, and emails went unanswered for long periods. I had previously requested to terminate my contract, which I believed was agreed upon, only to later find out there was still an issue no one bothered to communicate with me about. There’s been zero effort from their side to resolve things properly or even keep me informed. Overall, just a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a reliable or responsive service.
