The customer service at the Owings Mills facility next to RoFo is outstanding. The gentlemen that signed me up had company knowledge, outstanding customer service skill, and charm despite my complaint about the company's insurance policy. My experience with Public Storage is far superior to my contact with Extra Space Storage.
