Very easy to set up account. Service is nice and assisted me the whole way through. Jax explained from a to z anything I had questions with concerning billing and unit.

The storage unit is very clean and easily accessible. We recently reduced the size of our unit. It was an easy transition thanks to the employee, Kathleen. She was very helpful.

Been a customer for many years. Had to downsize from a 10 x 30 unit in San Leandro due to a $150 dollar a month increase. Downsized to a 10 x 15 five months ago at $406 dollars a month, now it is going up to $575 per month. Just going to move to a different storage company altogether.

I initially chose Public Storage because the rent was great and affordable when I first moved in. Unfortunately, that didn’t last. Over time, the price continued to increase multiple times until it reached $310 per month, which is completely unreasonable. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service for several months. This created a major inconvenience for customers, especially those with units on upper floors. Despite this ongoing issue, there was never any offer of a discount or accommodation. It’s frustrating that while the facility failed to maintain basic functionality, there was no hesitation when it came to raising the monthly rent. Due to these issues, I decided to move out and will not be using your services again. I would rate Public Storage a 1 out of 5 because it feels like customer satisfaction took a backseat to profit.

Received a call back, visited the office at 701 South Homestead Blvd in Homestead Florida and couldn't have gotten better service from anyone other than the employee that answered my questions. Respectful, courteous and professional. 5 Stars

I have been renting a storage unit at the Public Storage on Roosevelt Blvd, Jacksonville, FL since Jan. 2025. Recently, I needed to rent a smaller unit. Office manager, MS Melinda at the Public Storage on Catoma Street, Jacksonville, FL and Office Manager, Tammy, on Roosevelt Blvd, Jacksonville, FL provided excellent customer service. MS Melinda helped with working out a plan that would be the most cost beneficial prior to the transfer and Office manager, Tammy, made the transfer from unit to unit effortless. Tammy explained the policies and options that would help me the most and offered to help anyway possible. She was always available to answer my questions and returned every call. I would definitely recommend Public Storage due to the excellent customer service and well maintained units.

a 67 billion dollar company that only pays its employees $14 an hour. that is a far cry away from the living wage of $20 an hour to afford to live in Indianaolis, SHAME SHAME SHAME

Public Storage, located at 6770 Dawson Blvd in Atlanta, GA, manager, Mr Donald Finch, was very helpful in assisting me with my storage needs. He was prompt in returning my phone calls and helping me with my storage needs. Mr. Donald has excellent customer service.

They raise the rent whenever they do a "market analysis" and provide no notification. Contract states, "2.2 Your Rental Terms May Change with 30 Days' Notice. We may change your Monthly Rent, fees and charges, and any other terms of this Rental Agreement with 30 days' notice to you. We may send notice to your email address. By continuing to use Your Space, you agree to the Rental Agreement as changed and that all of its other terms remain in effect." This is how they get away with raising your rate. I NEVER received notification of the increase as per the contract stated. To the contrary I received an email on 9/29/2025 that stated "Thank you for being a valued Public Storage customer. We’re committed to providing you with excellent service at clean, convenient, and professionally managed locations. Effective October 1, 2025, the state sales tax rate on commercial and self-service storage rent will no longer apply, affecting your monthly rent payments going forward. Starting with your October 1, 2025, your updated monthly charges will be: "Spoke to an agent and she said an email was sent out (I NEVER received an email) on 9/30/2025 about the rate going up due to a market analysis which supersedes that 9/29/2025 rate change. The get you in there and raise your rate and justify it through being a month-to month contract. RAISED THE RATE BY 27%

Christian, at the Penn Store, in OKC, went above and beyond, to help me move into a smaller storage that was less expensive, and still met my needs. She renewed my trust in customer service, which is a dying are, in the age of "AI". Thank you Christian for your help. Public Storage needs more employees, like you.

I have had a rental unit for about 10+ years. The rental unit was fine. However now that I haved out contacting you is impossible. I want auto payment stopped. The account number is 19205706 the space was 1554 at the Surprise facility off Waddell Road. You computer cannot fine the account and you offer no way to speak to a live person. I am sure that this cost effectice to you, but is definetly not customer service for your customers. For that reason I would tell anyone not to use your facilty facility
