“I rented a unit in January 2025 in a promotional rate. It was in a good location, the size I needed and the rate was within my budget. The promotion was for the 2nd month free which i did not get a whole month free. Within 4 months the rate for my unit increased by 25%and the Store managers request for exemption was denied. After speaking with 2 different customer service agents they offered me a1 time discount of $60. I actually recieved less than that. I am a senior citizen. The storage is for my 94 year old Dad. I explained that the same unit, a little further South, was renting for $70 less. I was told it's not personal, it's just business. Well, it's personal to me! I am not a first time public storage customer, but it will be the last time! On the positive side, all the store managers I have fair with have been great! I give them a 5 star review!”

“If I could give this place zero stars I would . The unit was fine and the people that work there were great. It was when we went to move out that the issues began. We tried to move out on the 31 st of the month which was a Sunday. We couldn’t get anyone in the office so I went online and did it . Shocker … it apparently never went through. I then called the corporate office and they told me I had to pay for the next month(it was auto drafted out of my acct). I explained the situation to the person in the phone , which apparently was the highest manager available and he told me they wouldn’t refund my money. We had been with them for four years , never once missed a payment and he refused to help. Do not waste your money, no matter how good the deal seems . There are plenty of other storage places around with amazing customer service . This is NOT one of them .”

“The e-rental process was easy. I got a 10x15 unit for half the price, via their Memorial Day special. And there was a free lock promo. The employees were very helpful, both in-person, and over the phone. The facility is easy to get to, even by bus. It's very near a gas station. The facility is clean, and easy to navigate. They have good mouse control. The security is good. Entry code needed to enter and to use the elevators. Good size unit. Strong lock.”

“I have a storage at Publis Storage on Alexanders Rd in Raleigh NC. Angie/ Angela is heaven sent. I had some issues with my lock (lost key), and she handled it with professionism and quickly. Thank you for your help.”

“Went into the store on 16th and Osborn to get some information ran in and I met Angy who was of great help and helped meet dearly and I definitely recommend this storage place and are hopefully you will be lucky enough to get her because she was great on helping me pick out the right storage unit and answered all my questions.”

“This 5 star review is for Nikki at the Public Storage at 8452 Okeechobee Blvd, WPB FL. Had difficulty getting the door on my unit back down & a young lady named Nikki was very kind. It was quite lucky for me that she was there & able to help me. She was very kind & made sure I understood what I needed to do to prevent the problem from happening again. As an older adult, I was very appreciative of her kindness.”

“Francis from public Storage was both professional and compassionate as my move was heart felt. She took care of everything from a to z. All I did was show up and unload my possessions. She is quite a gem. I applaud your services. The storage unit was in pristine condition when I arrived. Clean as it could possibly be and overall the experience was excellent!”
