I needed to downsize to a smaller unit. I called and spoke with Kimmie at the 8008 West Grand Parkway. I went over to look at the different sizes and saw the size I needed. The day I was changing units I was having an issue with my reservation. Kimmie was so kind and patient with me, and we got it taken care of. Two days after I wad closed out of my old unit and into the smaller one, there was a charge on my card. I called customer service and Juliette said she didn't see anything on my account and for me to call my bank. I had left a message at the office and just so happen Kimmie called me and I explained to her about the fees. Later that day Kimmie called me back and said it was all taken care. I really appreciate her checking into why I was charged and not just putting me off. Kimmie had been great during this process.
