STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!! Without notice they JACK UP THE PRICE- I started paying $407/mo and WITHOUT NOTICE, within JUST FIVE months they are now charging $568!! WITH NO NOTICE WHATSOEVER!! Ridiculous! I’m so disappointed- they do not return phone calls or staff their office. I left the manager at this location , JENNIFER, TWO VOICEMAILS and NEVER HEARD BACK! NOW THEY ARE TRYING ANOTHER SCAM!!! I VACATED THE UNIT WITH 28 DAYS LEFT IN THE MONTH - THEY CLOSED OUT THE ACCOUNT AND MADE IT AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL - BUT THEY WILL NOT PRORATE A REFUND FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE MONTH - THIS IS A SCAM!!! THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE SUED FOR FRAUD!! USE LITERALLY ANY OTHER STORAGE SERVICE - THESE PEOPLE ARE UNSCRUPULOUS THIEVES!!! I DEMAND THAT YOU GIVE ME BACK THE MONEY YOU HAVE STOLEN FROM ME!!! THEY JACK YOU ON THE RATES... THEY HIKE THE RATES WITH ZERO WARNING AND THEN LIE ABOUT IT... THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT THEIR POLICIES... THEN THEY TRY TO STEAL FROM YOU!!! YOU THIEVES HAVE MESSED WITH THE WRONG GUY!!!

I appreciated when I contacted the office to review a payment issue and not being posted on my account, it was handled with professionalism and was resolved when I was told. They never disappoint me with there customer service, they always go above and beyond to be sure they can help with any questions, I may have. Thank you very much!

This review is for Mary working at the Public Storage at 2513 Ranch Rd 620 N. Austin, TX. 78734. This past weekend I was in desperate need for my son's and my winter coats. I hadn't rotated them out with our seasonal cloths yet. Temperatures were supposed to get very cold and we were going out of town for the weekend. Unfortunately, I was between checks and my bill was past due. Denying me entry into the building. Completely embarrassed, I went into the front office to ask if I could just get the coats. Mary was the one working that day. She was an angel and allowed me to follow her back to the unit so I could retrieve the coats. Mary, if you read this review I hope you have a very blessed Christmas.

We are long-time renters at the facility at 1430 E. Davis in Arlington Heights. We found ourselves in position to downsize. The office person the day we went in was Daniel. He was knowledgeable, courteous and made the transfer bureaucracy process quick and painless. He later came back to check on how we were doing moving our remaining items to the new unit. We are very pleased with how easy Daniel made this transfer work.

I surrender my rented unit at Trinity Mills Carrollton, TX on 27th Nov 2024. Despite They charged December 2024 rent and now instead of refunding, they have been paying ping pong between their local office and customer service and keeping me clueless. Customer service and resolution is negligent. You can't reach out to their customer service person easily. No words on refund.

Today I visited the public storage location on Lake valley. I received great customer service and all my needs were met. Even through the small hiccup, Jessica pulled through and made me a very happy customer. 10/10

They were our knight in shining armor when our apartment decided to be scum! We will be super careful in choosing a new home. They even let me upgrade to a bigger size storage without hassle when I underestimated. They taught me how to use the facility! I am one step closer to coming home in Brighton Colorado. I no longer have to fear for my mother's and my property. They hold our home in their hands while we desperately find a new one, and stop living in hotels. Thanks Public Storage for protecting everything while we survive these dark days. Thank you Tim.

I love that they didn't change our rates when they took over Extra Space in Sicklerville NJ. The ease of it all was good and not the fault of Public Storage. And the staff Kim and Dexter are just the most awesome people. Helpful and knowledgeable. Also the ease of just going on the app you can open the gate without leaving your vehicle. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Rented a 5x10 unit, measured space it’s actually 4’3” not 5. The app doesn’t work at all. False advertising about monthly costs.

The location on rt 109 is terrible in addition to constant price increases there are no hand carts! I am a sr citizen and need a cart to. move my stuff from my car to my locker. It not like you have to wait to use a cart there simply are none to be had. Plenty of other storage places nearby go somewhere else.

There is nothing like “AMAZING” customer service. This is exactly what I received from Store # 08219. Destiny, Eisha and Brittany went the extra mile to ensure my visit was memorable especially when I experienced a medical emergency when my blood sugar dropped and I became very ill and weak. Brittany, ran and provided a chair for me to sit down. Destiny, was willing to go to the store to get me a needed bottle of water while Eisha provided encouraging verbal support. I definitely would have fainted but thanks to their quick response, I was able regain my strength, finish my transaction and safely drive home. Thanks so much for assisting me!! Lunch on me next week!!!

What a scam! They offer a very attractive web rate, but immediately hike up the price. I started paying $72, but a short 4 months later they upped it to $102 (42% increase), and 6 months later they upped it again to $137 (an additional 34%, or a whopping 90% more than their initial rate of less than a year before!!!). In addition, they also force you to buy their insurance policy for an additional $15/month. If that was not bad enough, I randomly get my access code and app blocked out which prevents me from accessing the facility, even though I'm enrolled in AutoPay and my payments have always been made on time. When you try to stop by the Office, most times there is noone there, and when you call you have to leave a VoiceMail, which on the best-case scenario is responded the next work day. Definitely moving to a different place!
