Piracy practices on monthly rental rates.
Wheaton Illinois, Brugge Street
Our rate went up by 50% per month over a short period of time. When I spoke with the representative and asked why the rate would increase so much I was told that due to high occupancy rates were increased to reflect current market rates.
That would imply that rates will decrease when occupancy decreases. I’m checking on it with them, but my hunch is they will not decrease the rates. Pretty slimy business practices.
