Great experience with Public Storage Houston, TX. Having the ability to do everything online and access without interacting due to the weekend was amazing. I was even able to check out when I was done online. After checking out, Kim reached out to me and explained to me the process with respect to payment, deposits and refund. She was simply great. Thank you for making it a great experience.

Jack at your Public Storage 1915 SR-912 N, Griffith, IN location is, “Excellent!” I forgot to make my payment on August 8, 2025 and Jack called me to remind me. He also was able to refund my late fee. Jack always goes above and beyond. Thanks, Jack.

I have my things at Public Storage in Richardson and they broke in TWICE the insurance is a scam for what they cover. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY ENEMIES !!! High employee turnover and No Accountability!!!

It is important to understand, and take into account, that Public Storage management can set one up for theft! I was a victim of theft to the tune of ~$20k. Police were brought in to assign a case number; however, videos for some reason were not available. Imagine that... Public Storage Corporate Office also ignored the incident. Before one goes signing storage agreements with Public Storage one will be best served to read the negative reviews and consider selecting a storage company that is more accountable, reliable and trustworthy.

I assisted a friend with renting a unit in Ocala, FL at 3407 NE 36th ave and had a difficult time with a couple of issues which were quite frustrating. Thanks to employees, Ebony Allen, (over the phone), Brianna (via kios), and Maria B, who was not even working, but had given me her cell phone # at a previous time I was in need of assistance (now, that's good service!), my friend did not lose patience and search elsewhere as I expected him to do. A special thanks to these women! I often leave reviews when I'm upset or frustrated with places. Today, these women did their best to make things right and I'm pleased that I can leave good reviews for them all... especially on account of how very frustrating it is now that there's no longer any employees at the storage facilities.

I have been a loyal customer at Public Storage for two years, never missing a payment. While I was in the facility the other day, the very helpful staff person let me know that my exact unit was going for half the price of my current unit, and the only way I can get access to that price would be to transfer all my stuff from one identical unit to another!! I was offered a very small discount -- for three months, but the fact that I can't enjoy the price that someone walking off of the street would obtain seems just ludicrous to me.

I opened the account online and the process was simple. When I arrived at the public storage at the Fulton location parking was available. I was attended by Chloe. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Chloe explained the charges, the hours of operation and gave me a tour of the storage unit. The location was clean and I felt safe. Chloe personally took me to the elevators and assisted with the elevator codes and escorted me to my unit. Chloe made it her business to ensure that I was comfortable. Thank you Chloe for being an exceptional and wonderful employee. You definitely deserve an award for being 'Employee of the year," because of you I will definitely recommend that my friends and family use Public Storage when in need. Once again overall excellent service.

Lawton, at the front desk, was so helpful with the elevator and how to be sure the lock on the unit was placed correctly. I’m sure he would have been happy to help with anything I needed.

Joe was inside at his desk and the door was locked, I knocked on the glass and he came right over to let me in, was very friendly introduced himself as I had questions regarding a storage unit. This was the Public Storage at 8110 Ocean Hightway Rt 17 Sunset Beach. Joe went over everything and actually had me view the unit. Great guy, yada, yada, yada......I rented the unit and purchased a lock. Would recommend Public Storage.

I needed to rent a storage unit out of town quickly. I filled out the app on-line and soon got a call from Sheila who was very helpful in completing the rental agreement and answering my questions. In just a few minutes I was all set to go straight to my unit.

Signed up for the "Memorial Day Sale" 50% off for the life of the rental. Only 90 days in and the rent has increased by 50%! Soon I'll be paying more than the place I left. Bait and Switch, Bait and Switch, I'm disappointed that I fell for such surreptitious and dishonest business practice. Avoid at all costs

Chris Negron Is a magician. He somehow drove by while I was struggling with the key to lock my storage. He made a couple of quick adjustments and locked it for me. He was so polite and kind. Thank you, Chris!

Drove 45 min to get to unit and door code would not work. Manager came out to let me in after I showed my contract info. Then when I got inside second door with help of manager I couldn’t get the electronic lock open because there is no Wi-Fi and inside a steel building I had NO reception so when I called customer support and got someone who spoke broken English they offered to reset code and I explained I had already returned home and just wanted to cancel my rental and get a refund but was told I would be charged a $30 cancellation fee after my refund of the rental. I never got a chance to even use the rental as it was the first day of the rental period. I will never use or recommend public storage ever!

Our storage facility was bought out by Public Storage. What a horrible company! First we were NOT notified of the change. Second, when I finally figured out what was going on, I could not get get anyone to answer the phone. Last, they jacked up our rate over $25 a month, again without notice. Stay far far away from this disreputable company.

Public Storage is a scam. They offer specials online but after a month the increase the rate. After one month my Rate went up $100!!! Go somewhere else!!
