“At 2801 Hullsmith Rd Houston Texas I just recently rented a storage unit and I have been very pleased with the unit thanks to Valerie who was very helpful with everything. She explained everything step by step and made sure we had the correct information on how to get in the gate and lock our unit properly. Valerie is truly a jewel and showed us great customer service.”

“I needed to downsize to a smaller unit. I called and spoke with Kimmie at the 8008 West Grand Parkway. I went over to look at the different sizes and saw the size I needed. The day I was changing units I was having an issue with my reservation. Kimmie was so kind and patient with me, and we got it taken care of. Two days after I wad closed out of my old unit and into the smaller one, there was a charge on my card. I called customer service and Juliette said she didn't see anything on my account and for me to call my bank. I had left a message at the office and just so happen Kimmie called me and I explained to her about the fees. Later that day Kimmie called me back and said it was all taken care. I really appreciate her checking into why I was charged and not just putting me off. Kimmie had been great during this process.”

“I’m a Veteran. I was paying $215 a month. After one year I was bumped up to $282 a month. No statement or bill break down to show if I even got my discount. Over a 30% increase is not acceptable.”

“At 3150 Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, Texas Manager Aixa has changed my mind totally about Public Storage. For the approximately 6 years I have had this unit in Arlington, for 5 of those years, the customer service there has been awful. The main issue was leaving messages and no one responding...ever. So a month ago our banking account was hacked and we needed to postpone a payment for a week or so. I tried calling over and over for days with no response. Finally after manipulating the corporate office customer service, I received a call from Aixa. Not only was she kind, responsive, and considerate, but she was honest and did everything she said she would try to do and more. Exceptional employee......”

“Rent went up 50% after 6 months, now another 50% after another 6 months, so has doubled in one year. At another Public Storage a few miles away the rate is $150 a month less. Too much stuff to move right now, but will move ASAP. Just be aware that the monthly rate may sound good at first, but it WILL increase semi-anually and substantially.”

“Their month to month rental policy is for their benefit. My storage space started out under $200 a month. It has more than doubled in 2 years. My unit was broken into and I never received a dime from the insurance they force you to buy.”
