“I have a unit through public storage and my property manager at 1954 W. UNION HILLS DR PHOENIX AZ 85023 . ELLIE IS AMAZING. SHE IS KIND SUPPPORTIVE, AND IS ALWAYS WORKING WITH ME, I HAVE SOME SETBACKS AND SHE IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP ME. SHE CALLS ME BACK ALWAYS WHEN I HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND ALWAYS ADDRESSES MY CONCERNS PROFEZSIONALLY. SHE DESERVES 10 STARS ! SHE IS AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE FOR YOUR COMPANY. ! THANKS SO MUCH ELLIE!”

“Public Storage in Colorado is a huge rip-off in my experience. I have two units in Loveland and I’m paying $300+ more per month per unit than someone moving in today for the same unit types. DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE. Look at the Facebook threads calling out this practice — they keep citing “market comp price adjustments.” Feel free to join the countless Facebook Pages/Groups dedicated to this horrible excuse for a company. Everyone from Public Storage has lied to me about how they operate, and how they price people. Their call center told me rate increases happen “maybe once a year.” I’ve lost count of how many I’ve received this year alone, including last month. Public Storage — are you going to fix this (match existing customers to your public rate for the same units) or keep operating this way?”

“The store manager at starcrest, Monica, is always very knowledgeable and helpful. She has helped me select an appropriate size unit, and locate one on the first floor indoors as requested. She always figures out different questions on any charges that may have been made, and different situations that occur like when the gates are broken. She has reviewed the videos and able to determine what happened, including the one time somebody broke into a unit in the b building. The fact that she is reliably here and is knowledgeable about the property and it's upkeep is very reassuring to customers, and hopefully to corporate as well!”

“We worked with an amazing facility manager Cindy. She was informative, helpful and kind. We had a huge move planned and she made it so much easier and less stressful. I do not know about Public Storage as a company, others have many complaints but Cindy is a gem and they are fortunate to have her. We could tell she has experience in customer service and superior knowledge in management of a facility. If i could give more than five stars I would because she made every aspect of renting a unit and managing our move as smooth as possible. Thank you again Cindy, you are the best.”

“This is the worst run business. Maybe all storage units are like this. Lighting in storage area is bad. The door is bad. and the worst thing is the downloading of the app is terrible. It will not download properly and there is no live person to answer my questions or help me. Property manager is nice but clueless. So I have no app but have memorized gate codes to get in. Have to get out of the car and enter code on the box to get my car in and out. It is a joke. This company really sucks. I wish I had an alternative. I would definitely never use public storage again.”

“i have a storage unit at 233 Erial Road Blackwood, New Jersey. The representative and her husband that works at this location are two of the sweetest people you could ever wanna meet not only are they very professional. They know what they’re doing.. It’s always a pleasant time when you come here or when you call and kudos to them because the facilities smells great.🩷🦋.. You should hire more people like those two.”

“Public Storage always makes me happy because my unit when I do rent from them it's always ready and very clean! I use the Ivy Hill Public Storage due to it being so local and accessible to many major stores like Walmart,grocery stores and eateries. Thank you Public Storage for meeting all my needs.Jac”

“Great experience with Public Storage Houston, TX. Having the ability to do everything online and access without interacting due to the weekend was amazing. I was even able to check out when I was done online. After checking out, Kim reached out to me and explained to me the process with respect to payment, deposits and refund. She was simply great. “I have my things at Public Storage in Richardson and they broke in TWICE the insurance is a scam for what they cover. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY ENEMIES !!! High employee turnover and No Accountability!!!”

“It is important to understand, and take into account, that Public Storage management can set one up for theft! I was a victim of theft to the tune of ~$20k. Police were brought in to assign a case number; however, videos for some reason were not available. Imagine that... Public Storage Corporate Office also ignored the incident. Before one goes signing storage agreements with Public Storage one will be best served to read the negative reviews and consider selecting a storage company that is more accountable, reliable and trustworthy.”

“I assisted a friend with renting a unit in Ocala, FL at 3407 NE 36th ave and had a difficult time with a couple of issues which were quite frustrating. Thanks to employees, Ebony Allen, (over the phone), Brianna (via kios), and Maria B, who was not even working, but had given me her cell phone # at a previous time I was in need of assistance (now, that's good service!), my friend did not lose patience and search elsewhere as I expected him to do. A special thanks to these women! I often leave reviews when I'm upset or frustrated with places. Today, these women did their best to make things right and I'm pleased that I can leave good reviews for them all... especially on account of how very frustrating it is now that there's no longer any employees at the storage facilities.”

“I have been a loyal customer at Public Storage for two years, never missing a payment. While I was in the facility the other day, the very helpful staff person let me know that my exact unit was going for half the price of my current unit, and the only way I can get access to that price would be to transfer all my stuff from one identical unit to another!! I was offered a very small discount -- for three months, but the fact that I can't enjoy the price that someone walking off of the street would obtain seems just ludicrous to me.”
