I have been a loyal customer at Public Storage for two years, never missing a payment. While I was in the facility the other day, the very helpful staff person let me know that my exact unit was going for half the price of my current unit, and the only way I can get access to that price would be to transfer all my stuff from one identical unit to another!!
I was offered a very small discount -- for three months, but the fact that I can't enjoy the price that someone walking off of the street would obtain seems just ludicrous to me.
