“I needed to downsize to a smaller unit. I called and spoke with Kimmie at the 8008 West Grand Parkway. I went over to look at the different sizes and saw the size I needed. The day I was changing units I was having an issue with my reservation. Kimmie was so kind and patient with me, and we got it taken care of. Two days after I wad closed out of my old unit and into the smaller one, there was a charge on my card. I called customer service and Juliette said she didn't see anything on my account and for me to call my bank. I had left a message at the office and just so happen Kimmie called me and I explained to her about the fees. Later that day Kimmie called me back and said it was all taken care. I really appreciate her checking into why I was charged and not just putting me off. Kimmie had been great during this process.”

“I was mistreated at a PS facility but eventually received a call from Public Storage management and had my issue completely resolved. Glad to say there is still some accountability and customer service even from the big guys. I would use Public Storage again.”

“Store 7601 I was having a time ending a contract I just started over the phone. When I arrived on location I could see personal vehicles parked next to boats, rv's, and work trucks in very tight quarters with no defining marks for clear spacing. I wanted to cancel the hour old contact but met with resistance over the phone. The manager however turned out to be a life saver. She understood and had just recently brought these very issues up with a higher up. Her general pleasant and professional demeanor helped diffuse my discomfort. Thank you Donnetta.”
