“I have had one or more storage units for over 40 years in various locations throughout the USA (prior military). The services rated from 2-4 stars. However, Public Storage in Manassas Park, VA has earned a 5-star rating with me. Ms. Tanya (site manager) has always provided excellent customer care. She has always kept me informed of changes, returned my calls and responded to my customer needs when required. The Manassas Park, VA Public Storage is always clean, organized and accessible. When I am there working in my unit/s, I feel safe because Ms. Tanya is in her office or a phone call away on the location. Ms. Tanya goes out of her way to provide excellent customer care. She is the #1 reason I continue to do business with Public Storage and have recommended Public Storage to my friends and family. Thank you for your service, Ms. Tanya!”

“I have been renting a storage unit at the Public Storage on Roosevelt Blvd, Jacksonville, FL since Jan. 2025. Recently, I needed to rent a smaller unit. Office manager, MS Melinda at the Public Storage on Catoma Street, Jacksonville, FL and Office Manager, Tammy, on Roosevelt Blvd, Jacksonville, FL provided excellent customer service. MS Melinda helped with working out a plan that would be the most cost beneficial prior to the transfer and Office manager, Tammy, made the transfer from unit to unit effortless. Tammy explained the policies and options that would help me the most and offered to help anyway possible. She was always available to answer my questions and returned every call. I would definitely recommend Public Storage due to the excellent customer service and well maintained units.”
