“Shelly from the Lois Street location in Roanoke TX is helpful and attentive. She answered all my questions and was very patient as I described my situation. I will definitely recommend this business to my friends who are moving to this area!”

“Excellent service first time there friendly helpful gracious perfect location on the Revere Beach parkway in Everett with a nice back entrance on Chelsea street and a very large garage no worries from inclement weather Alex and Patrice made me feel welcome cheerful kind caring highly recommend switch a nice discount. “I have been renting space at the Rock Hill, SC location on Red River Road for almost a year. Jerrika assisted me very well. I needed a larger storage and she made the transition very easy. She has wonderful customer service and she is very easy to communicate with. She showed me that she is very caring by giving me a reminder phone call about the space during a very hectic weekend for me. This phone call gave me peace with this transition and I was able to complete my goal and I felt great. She also reminded me of using the app that makes things much easier such as entering and exiting the gate, as well as paying the cost each month. This company is so fortunate to have such a wonderful person to represent them! Thanks Ms J!!!”

“This is at property number (24105) and I had the pleasure to deal with Stephenie, she’s a very pleasant and lovely person to deal with she has the patients, she’s is also very respectful and very knowledgeable about what’s going on there and I’m very happy to say you got a great customer service with her… you have a five star employee.”

“Went to Public Storage in Columbus and was actually given awesome customer service. This isn't a normal finding in our area. LOL I believe her name was Pam. Great gal! Not many people take being nice as an asset to a company- good to see this company does so!”

“Property # 25857 We had a wonderful experience with this facility in Summerfield Fl. Janet & Jolene were so knowledgeable and accommodated with all our needs. “I was extremely happy that Ebonie from store number #26599 went above and beyond to help assist me with a storage unit she went out her way to help me even though she is located in a different state she was so professional and so knowledgeable and just a good employee for the company its very rare to find good people that go above and beyond and actually care about a customer needs she made my day and Im so grateful that she helped me”

“9742 The customer service at the Owings Mills facility next to RoFo is outstanding. The gentlemen that signed me up had company knowledge, outstanding customer service skill, and charm despite my complaint about the company's insurance policy. My experience with Public Storage is far superior to my contact with Extra Space Storage.”
