“They were our knight in shining armor when our apartment decided to be scum! We will be super careful in choosing a new home. They even let me upgrade to a bigger size storage without hassle when I underestimated. They taught me how to use the facility! I am one step closer to coming home in Brighton Colorado. I no longer have to fear for my mother's and my property. They hold our home in their hands while we desperately find a new one, and stop living in hotels. Thanks Public Storage for protecting everything while we survive these dark days. Thank you Tim.”

“I love that they didn't change our rates when they took over Extra Space in Sicklerville NJ. The ease of it all was good and not the fault of Public Storage. And the staff Kim and Dexter are just the most awesome people. Helpful and knowledgeable. Also the ease of just going on the app you can open the gate without leaving your vehicle. I would recommend this location to anyone.”

“There is nothing like “AMAZING” customer service. This is exactly what I received from Store # 08219. Destiny, Eisha and Brittany went the extra mile to ensure my visit was memorable especially when I experienced a medical emergency when my blood sugar dropped and I became very ill and weak. Brittany, ran and provided a chair for me to sit down. Destiny, was willing to go to the store to get me a needed bottle of water while Eisha provided encouraging verbal support. I definitely would have fainted but thanks to their quick response, I was able regain my strength, finish my transaction and safely drive home. Thanks so much for assisting me!! Lunch on me next week!!!”

“Our RV storage company informed us they would be closing in a month, during the holidays. We and many others have to scramble to find a new storage place before the holidays! The rep at 1801 west Bellevue was swamped with people also looking for a new place. She was the only one there! She was kind, understanding and kept her sense of humor through the catastrophe. Thank you Tenisha, for being so patient with us! You are a gem! Regina”

“I've had my things in the hands of public storage in fuquay varina off highway 55 for more than a year now they've always taken good care of my things and lets me know if there's a problem. They notify me not just once but they repeatedly call my phone and leave emails and text messages to let me know if there's a problem. For example one time I didn't lock my storage unit I just put the lock on this latch was not slid over they locked my unit until I was able to get there and my things were secured. Teresa has always made me feel like she is looking after not only my things but everyone's things. The storage units always smell clean floors are always mopped and cleansers fills the air. I've never seen any trash or bugs or anything that I wouldn't have in my own home near or around my unit. I recently had double paid for my unit because my payment had not went through yet causing me to push the button on my app and pay again.Teresa made sure the right person knew about it and refunded my money right away. It's hard to find good honest people today. It's hard to trust in a world that we live in. I know it seems like a storage unit is nothing to get emotional about but it's everything we own or at least items that are precious to us that we don't have room for. We pay to make sure we can keep those items like everyone else that has a storage unit. We trust that when we leave that it is secure. Every time I stop in to get something or to put something in my storage unit when Teresa's working she always makes me feel welcome. She always is smiling and making me feel like it's going to be okay even if I'm having a bad day. No one likes to move stuff, so I'm usually not feeling so well. After speaking with Teresa a few moments I feel like it's going to be okay and I move on to doing what I have to do. I recently had discovered I had more things I needed to put in my storage unit but I didn't have enough room so I needed a bigger unit. Teresa looked for a week for a unit to open up and as soon as it did she gave me a phone call. I was a few states away but I was able to make it back and move everything into that unit which makes my life a lot easier thank you Teresa.”

“The Highland Avenue store in Clearwater, FL is an excellent business - especially due to the on-site manager, Myrtie! She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. I sometime need assistance as I am fairly old (😊) and she cheerfully helps me with patience and kindness. The place is clean and well maintained.”
