“Public storage 25468 Lashonda was very Pleasant, prompt and informative today when I was at the office to pay my bill. Gave good suggestions on my down size of my unit. Great personality! A+ Gave information on insurance also”

“Rosanna with the Alpharetta location was super helpful. We needed a quick storage solution for our friends belongings. In the pouring down rain she showed us a unit to suit our needs. Very compassionate about our friends medical situation that led us to needing storage. Thank you Rosanna for excellent customer service! April”

“Public storage on 2201 N.W. 192nd. Street In Edmond is very Clean. The grounds and units are well maintained. Ray Hill is the property manager and he always greets his customer with a smile and is professional. He always asks is there anything I can help you with.”

“April, in the west covina office was just AWESOME! Very Professional, Very knowledgeable about All the storage units and their accessories. Kind and helpful with any questions you may of had. It was such a pleasure to have someone this good, to have helped me. Good costumer service is hard to come by these days. You have a great one here. Thanks April!”
