“The rental charge was set to increase once again for a 10'x10' storage unit that I've had for years and I needed to extend the length of time to store the contents. Ghizala, manager at Public Storage at 18 Hughes in Irvine, was able to get an extension from the company to maintain the current amount of rent that I've been paying, which would have saved me over $100.00. But, better yet, she told me that rental prices have dropped and that I could rent a unit of the same size down the hallway from the current unit's location for a lot lower price: She suggested that I go online at publicstorage.com to check the rental price for the unit, which was even lower than the local office prices! I rented a new unit online: The process was easy and fast; the move-in information and app have been helpful; and I am saving more than $400.00 by moving to another unit. Yes, this makes me happy!!”

“I currently have an 8x8 unit in Boca Raton FL. I saw online was offering a cheaper price than what I have been paying. I spoke with Erica who was able to reduce the price for me. She made happy and she was a pleasure to work with.”

“Stephani from public storage in Milpitas on 1080 Pecten Ct is a very professional and courteous person. She helped me to book a unit, showed me the facility and was very detailed and informative in regard to the storage policies. Storage is huge, clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend it to my friends!”

“Ms. T at the Longpoint location is the VERY BEST!!! She really go over & beyond to make sure u have the best experience with them...
