“I reserved a covered parking space and it was too tight to park my trailer so I spoke with the rep and she was very polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. She took her time to find a space more suitable for my needs. I say this to say that rose from the Jersey village facility was a great help and very professional, I would recommend that location without hesitation! Ty Rose!”

“Although I was initially really frustrated because of the lack of guidance and the online payment feature wasn't working meeting Stony at the Chanhassen MN location made up for all of it. Public Storage!! You should know how lucky you are to have an employee like Stony. He is genuinely, a customer service expert, he should be training employees not just for Public Storage but all businesses. Like I said I was having issues with the online process, he noticed that I didn't complete it and didn't want me to miss the $1 special so he moved my reservation so I wouldn't lose the opportunity. I can't tell you how much that helped me. I am in my broke af season so I greatly appreciate him taking the initiative to do that for me. I am brand new to Public Storage, he explained everything, so thoroughly and concise I felt like I had a unit there forever. He really is a remarkable individual and you should make sure you don't lose him.”

“I was paying a lot on one of my units and Tory and Craig helped me out. Craig was very helpful and I had three units and I closed one out. I really appreciate what they did to help me out. I have always come to them for any of my things to be stored. Was 2212 polymor drive Chattanooga Tn Thank you Craig and Tory for the customer service.”

“Joe that works at Public Storage of Monsey, NY is absolutely amazing. Our reason for tenting the storage space was an unexpected event. It is always good when someone you encounter makes a not so pleasant occurrence better! He made the process of check in and navigating PS a-lot more enjoyable. “Public Storage made me HAPPY: I was given A CLEAN STORAGE SPACE! I was given a reasonable price! I was able to make arrangements on Pymt! I have my things in a CLEAN & SAFE ENVIRONMENT! I have “MY RV” in a SAFE PLACE! But MOST of ALL,….. The PERSONNEL are The ones who really make me HAPPY! w/o TRISHA, KELLY, or ANITA,……. Being PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, KIND & UNDERSTANDING,…… considering’My Circumstances’,………. It couldn’t have been done. “I AM VERY GRATEFUL!””

“Jennifer at Public Storage in Gahanna was so helpful today. We were checking what size unit we would need and she explained the different sizes and what I would need based on what size place I was moving from. I will be renting from her because of how helpful she was and knowledgeable.”
