“At 3150 Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, Texas Manager Aixa has changed my mind totally about Public Storage. For the approximately 6 years I have had this unit in Arlington, for 5 of those years, the customer service there has been awful. The main issue was leaving messages and no one responding...ever. So a month ago our banking account was hacked and we needed to postpone a payment for a week or so. I tried calling over and over for days with no response. Finally after manipulating the corporate office customer service, I received a call from Aixa. Not only was she kind, responsive, and considerate, but she was honest and did everything she said she would try to do and more. Exceptional employee......”

“Corina from 909 Runnels Ave in San Antonio, TX has been a great help with me and my family! I've seen the staff in the building, but she's the only one who actually was courteous and simply said hello! The bathrooms are clean and the facility looks good! Thanks Corina!”

“I visited Public Storage at 1230 South Capitol St SE yesterday, March 3, 2025. Karina is an EXCELLENT! She was very accommodating and explained everything about Public Storage. Her patience is definitely a virtue and an asset for providing best in-class customer service. She went above and beyond to explain the pricing plans, gave me a tour of the facility before I finalized my agreement. I was pleased with how she provided world class service to all current and prospective customers who visited the facility while I was there. I'm excited to be a customer!”

“Hi, Coleman at the San Pablo Rd, Jax, Fl location is the absolute best. Very understanding, patient, and always willing to help out. If you need a storage space, go see Coleman. Also, Kim is awesome too. I also want to acknowledge Sabrina the DM for her being so nice, friendly, pleasant, and willing to help. She is awesome. I appreciate it. Public Storage is top notch...”

“I just recently had a Nightmare averted by Kim the Manager @ Public Storage Harris Ave. in Providence,RI. Thank you, thank you, thank you Kim. Kim managed to help me get through all the Blue Ribbons & Red Tape in converting my account over to this New Account here @ Public Storage. I am grateful all will proceed as normal without having to jump through Hoops. Kim is very friendly & very professional. I'm so glad she was able to help me. “I had a wonderful time speaking with marsha. She was very helpful when i was having trouble deciding on what size i wanted. Plus she made it seem like i was at home very relaxed.
