We worked with an amazing facility manager Cindy. She was informative, helpful and kind. We had a huge move planned and she made it so much easier and less stressful. I do not know about Public Storage as a company, others have many complaints but Cindy is a gem and they are fortunate to have her. We could tell she has experience in customer service and superior knowledge in management of a facility. If i could give more than five stars I would because she made every aspect of renting a unit and managing our move as smooth as possible. Thank you again Cindy, you are the best.
