“Hi, Coleman at the San Pablo Rd, Jax, Fl location is the absolute best. Very understanding, patient, and always willing to help out. If you need a storage space, go see Coleman. Also, Kim is awesome too. I also want to acknowledge Sabrina the DM for her being so nice, friendly, pleasant, and willing to help. She is awesome. I appreciate it. Public Storage is top notch...”

“I rented a storage space at this facility, only to find that the access was terrible. Every time I needed to get to my unit, I had to back out of a long driveway just to reach my space—an inconvenient and frustrating setup. When I first signed up, they contacted me immediately because I had turned off auto-pay. I did this intentionally due to past experiences with large corporate companies that often charge unnecessary fees. While they may eventually refund incorrect charges, they prefer to take the money upfront, counting on the fact that many customers won’t have the time or resources to dispute them. When I moved out, I vacated the unit on the second of the month, yet they still attempted to charge me for the entire month. It’s no surprise that these companies have such poor reviews and low ratings—they take advantage of customers, squeezing every last penny out of them simply because they can. After this experience, I will never use Public Storage again. Instead, I’ll find a local, independently owned storage facility where I can trust that I’ll be treated fairly.”

“I have only rented since October and received a $50 rent increase for March. I have never been able to speak with anyone. Always recording. Not pleased at all!!”

“I just recently had a Nightmare averted by Kim the Manager @ Public Storage Harris Ave. in Providence,RI. Thank you, thank you, thank you Kim. Kim managed to help me get through all the Blue Ribbons & Red Tape in converting my account over to this New Account here @ Public Storage. I am grateful all will proceed as normal without having to jump through Hoops. Kim is very friendly & very professional. I'm so glad she was able to help me. Looking forward to many years of doing business with Public Storage.”

“I had a wonderful time speaking with marsha. She was very helpful when i was having trouble deciding on what size i wanted. Plus she made it seem like i was at home very relaxed. OMG I JUST MADE A NEW FRIEND!!!!!!!! Thank you to the person who hired this lady and trained her you did a great job. Keep up the good work”

“This morning I rented a storage space at the Wayne NJ branch to facilitate the move from my house to a smaller apartment. Ryan, in the store showed me all the available options and guided me through the necessary process and paper work to close the agreement. Ryan did it in a very attentive and professional manner. Thanks Ryan. My review is five stars for their service.”

“Your Del Amo Blvd, Torrance, CA facility is one of the best. We used three different ones previously and this one was wonderful to work with. Their Customer Service is one of the best we ever experienced at any Public Storage facility. Andrew was very courteous, friendly, and responded to my many questions professionally. He assisted us with closing off our account and advised that we would receive a confirmation by email, which we did almost immediately after speaking with him. Thank you, Andrew for a job well done! We appreciate all the great service we received for many years from everyone and definitely recommend this facility.”

“I’ve had a storage unit with this company since 2019, and I have watched a transformation ( with employees & service) throughout my entire experience. And I must say, Ms. Kiaran has been an exceptional representative. From the very start, she’s always gone above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and that I felt taken care of. Her customer service is top-notce! Empathizing with me through my hardships ( actually getting on the phone with higher management) to help me, checking in periodically, and assisting me during my move-out process. Kiaran is always professional, kind, and genuinely interested in making sure everything goes smoothly. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and thoughtful in customer service, and I truly appreciate all the help shes provided me!. Moving out was a breeze thanks to Kiaran’s support. Highly recommend this facility, and especially Kiaran, for anyone in need of storage!" 2940 North Decatur Road, Decatur, GA Is a wonderful location!”
